What apocalypse? There won't be one, ever. Humans will eventually either spread across the universe thus protecting the species from extinction or we still stay on Earth until we all extinct in a few million/hundred million years.

The Earth will end when the Sun expands in a few billion years to melt and burn it to look like Mercury. After that is will shrink and get really cold and dark. I am glad none of us will be around to see that.

But for the sake of argument if there was one I would be with my family enjoying their loving company until we were all dead.
