I don't know, somewhere not the U.S. or China.

Particularly, I think anywhere not in the US defeats its purpose. Under the whole picking up hookers and driving cars off cliffs thing, GTA is essentially about the American underbelly. A GTA game outside of the US would be a wild deviation of this theme.

Yes, I am aware that there was a GTA: London. It happened right after the GTA in the future, so there.

The lack of color is really the only thing I disliked about 4. Maybe something a bit more over the top like Saints Row. But then It'll be like Saints Row. Hmmm

Well a little more color at least.

If the next GTA was more like Saints' Row it wouldn't be more like Saints' Row, it would just be a return to form.

I am guessing Minneapolis/ St. Paul they are the most well known Twin Cities in the U.S.

OT: Seattle maybe? that could give it some nice geographical contrasts to work w/... blind guess about the area around Seattle, I know they have mountains and lakes in the state but where is another thing. Also you could buy Gates's mansion.

Miami....yes i know vice city took place in Miami....but try it now....fucking traffic is terrible .................anyways, that's my hometown...currently living in Daytona Beach, FL....it has it's charm, not to mention one of the most famous nascar tracks, that would make a great mini game.....mabey not the best selection but an option
