My avatar is just some concept art for a particularly tough enemy from Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason, because despite it's flaws I find that game strangely endearing.
They were quite the nasty sons of bitches.
Well, mine is Moxxi from Border Lands. I changed it from Milla Jovovich to this for 3 reasons.
1) I think Moxxi is extremely attractive (she's a cell shaded video game character who murders people SHUT UP BRAIN!!!)
2) Her SMG's and Shotgun are my favorite guns in the game so far.

It's the cover of Beyond Creation's debut (and thus far only) album The Aura. I have a thing where I like to pick an album cover as an avatar for each month and this particular one has become something of an obsession for me. I like to tout this band quite a bit in music threads and the airtight drumwork, the complex, melodic and memorable flowing riffs that just keep coming and the beautiful work on the fretless bass that really gets to shine in this clear production keeps me coming back to this album again and again for another listen. It's really become one of my favourites, just a fabulous piece of Progressive Death Metal. Plus I just think it's a really cool album cover; I've got something of a predilection for really detailed artwork and the way the alien towers and the logo lean inward to the gaping ominous maw of that demonic apparition at the centerpiece works really nicely. Much like their music, it has perfect composition. ;3

Ever since I joined up with this place, I've kept the face of Koro as my avatar. Not someone the rest of you would know about, I'm sure. I'm very interested in videogame design, and he's one of my characters.

i wouldn't exactly call it a great piece of anime but if you are a fan of overpowered super martial artists in a high school setting with a ton of pantsu and innuendo then check it out
