Where's the replay value in the new Bioware games?

I'm on my 5th play through of Mass Effect 2.

I'm the same way. In both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2, I absolutely loved my first playthrough of both games, but sometime during my second I just completely lost interest and stopped playing them entirely. I know with ME2 it's because the game is just so watered down and streamlined in the RPG department, there's really not much customization to speak of.
