So which Bond movie, in your opinion, is the most deserving to be called the truest to form of what a James Bond movie should be? For me it is kind of hard to decide between Goldfinger and License to Kill but I think I'll go with Goldfinger.

Ugh, I fail. I've seen a lot of Bond movies, but I can barely remember most of them.

I know I really enjoyed Die Another Day, but that's because of the cool fight scenes, graphics, etc. Though I wanted to stab Halle Berry, or whatever that wench's name is.

I liked Casino Royale. Seeing bond when he just didnt give a damn about stealth was a nice look.

Are you people insane? Nobody has mentioned a SINGLE Sean Connery Bond film!

Like I was saying: You Only Live Twice, From Russia With Love, and Thunderball make the top list.

Live and let Die. Baron Samedi made that film and Moore was at his most likeable, even though I prefer Connery. Worst was Diamonds are Forever; even with the hairy Scot in the lead it was an appalling film

Man, Connery was a fucking awesome Bond. From Russia With Love was great.

I would except it says best not 2nd,3rd,4th.
I was talking about how strange it is that nobody thought that a Connery bond film was "the best"

Top 5 Bond films
Goldfinger - 1964 (Simply remarkable...)
On Her Majesty's Secret Service - 1969 (Would've honestly been the best if it weren't for the stale George Lazenby)
Casino Royale - 2006 (Bourne meets Bond)
GoldenEye - 1995 (Brosnan and Dench's debut, led to the awesome N64 game, tank chase!)
From Russia With Love - 1963 (The first appearance of Q)

Honourable Mentions
The World Is Not Enough - 1999 (Notable for having a female evil mastermind. Great set pieces. Christmas #$%^ing Jones!)
Tomorrow Never Dies - 1997 (Excellent action sequences, and the first Bond film I saw at the tender age of eight)
Dr. No - 1962 (Props to the film that started it all)
