System Shock 2 had half alien/half machine zombies (the midwives) and the goddamn psychic monkeys could have Cryokinesis, IIRC. Since everyone was under the influence of The Many, I guess they kinda count together. No idea on the solar powered bit.

Babylon 5's The Shadows.
Unless you had Minbari or Vorlon ships on your side, the Shadows would win, hands down...
In the CCG there were a bunch of ways to take Shadow Ships down, but it wasn't easy without risking some very big fleets on each ship.
Ah, I never played the CCG; I've only seen the series.
Its been out of print for nearly a decade, but the CCG was a really fantastic approach to the Series and its format. The Excalibur was horrifically overpowered, but, it's not like that isn't consistent with the series.

Alright... I'll say it....

George Bush?

How about Ashton Kutcher?
I know of a game that Al Qaeda produced that had the goal of assassinating Bush. Aston Kutcher may have done voice work for a game, but I'd have to check.

EDIT: Kutcher's never voiced in a game, but, then again he's not really a villain.

Actually a guy made a freeware game called Muslim Massacre [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muslim_Massacre] where the first boss is a Giant Osama Bin Laden that shoots bullets from his mouth and calls down crashing airliners as a special attack. The creator took down the site but I have it and will cherish it, well not really.

I suppose there was the "Throw a shoe at Bush" game... I wonder if Bush will appear in the upcoming Army of Two?

Osama bin Laden is probably in some flash-game
Hitler is in Wolfenstein 3D (not nintendo-version)
Jack the ripper is in MediEvil 2
Concentration camps isn't a bad guy, rather a really bad place to be.

What about the sophits? They spread manipulation and lies. Could they be considered bad guys never to apear in a game?

I'd STILL love to see a good B5 game, either space sim or RTS. The show's been off for a decade, but I'd buy it.

Okay, one more time...

Fugitive Hunter featured Osama bin Ladin as one of its bosses

Hitler was used in Wolfenstein 3D as the final boss

There was a Jack the Ripper hunting adventure game back in the 90s. And, apparently in MidiEvil 2 (I never knew that)

And several games have included concentration camps. Off the top of my head: I Have No Mouth and Yet I Must Scream has a whole section in one, and Painkiller has one in the final map.

Dark-Amon might be onto something with the Sophits though.

There actually was one in the works, but the company developing it folded. :(

I've seen worse than Cthulhu in my 18 years on this planet.
No you haven't, that's the point of Cthulhu.

ia ia cthulhu fhtagn!

He does not exist as an entity within this world. He is immortal. He is inconceivable.

That is not dead which can eternal lie yet with strange aeons even death may die!

To even glimpse Cthulhu is to face the reality that this entire world of ours, this entire life and purpose of ours... This very 'reality' we humans have crafted around ourselves! Is little more than a flimsy veil behind which untold worlds much truer than out own exist. Once lifted, that veil cannot be replaced, and our pathetic human minds are incapable of conceiving the sheer vastness of it all and thus we, poor humans, are driven mad.

To see Cthulhu is to die. He is the End of All Things!

Ia Ia Cthulhu Fhtagn!

That's why he cannot appear in games.
