Effing Phil Bell Made me fail missions many a time because his pathfinding program apparently consisted of "RUN IN FRONT OF NIKO'S ROCKET LAUNCHERS AND BULLETS. GRENADES TOO."

Mr. burke. Not only was he annoying, he wanted me to commit (given the world population at the time) genocide at the very young age of 19.

The main antagonist of Army of Two. I forget his name, but I wanted nothing more than his demise.

Philip Clyde. I played that game again recently because a friend bought it.

OT, for me it was the arbiter from Halo 2. I hated his face, I hated his voice, I hated that the hud elements turned purple. I just hated everything about playing as him.

I tried to play one of the Disgaea games once, and the protagonist started to get on my bad side pretty quick. If the rest of the game had any trace of fun in it, I'm sure that I just didn't get a chance to notice it before that little shit sucked it up like some sort of super-annoying black hole.

It's not even the character I hate so much as the fact he was interrupting what was an otherwise awesome experience. It's like somebody shot a spit ball at the Mona Lisa. That spit ball is Otis.

He'd usually call right when I was almost immersed in the atmosphere, drag me out of that, and leave me hanging to dry. Plus, he refuses to be ignored. Leave me the hell alone, Otis!
