Which Characters in Gaming Did you as a Player Just Wanted To Kill and Why?

I agree... typical within the 'strong' female role in big production films/games. Shows as much emotion towards men as a brick and got slapped across the face with the arsehole stick.

She treated everyone that way. Not just men. Besides, after what she's been through? I'm suprised she didn't turn out even more violent.

Still, can't say she's not annoying.

Jack is an amazing character! I think people tend to not like her because she's just not cooperative, and doesn't take shit from ANYONE (for your information, she treats FemShep the exact same way as MaleShep, which is CRAP). Still, she's pretty badass.
I think people tend to hate on characters who don't consider Shepard (and thus to an extent, them) like a god. Look at all the hate for the Virmire Survivor after Horizon.

But as for the topic, there has been characters I didn't partiularly enjoy but I never wanted them to outright DIE. That's just hardcore. I mean, I know they're just pixels, but in RL when I don't like someone I just ignore them, not plan for their horrible death.
What with all the hate already...

Yeah, I've realised wishing someone a horrible death for something petty such as being a loner and a bit of a twat is pretty extreme... Game or RL.

Now before anybody pulls th'obvious race-card accusation lemme explain (and point out that Coach isn't on my list at all *blows rasberry*)...

1) Louis just bugs me because of th'original cast he just seemed like th'least likely character to actually survive a zombie apocolypse....plus his constant whining tended t'get on m'nerves....

2) Rochelle actually got my "marked for death" award in th'first couple minutes of th'first campaign i ever played with her (it's been a while since i played L4D2, i forget th'name) but they're doin' th'whole "random banter whattawe gonna do" talks back and forth and she starts screamin' "HELLO!!! CAN ANYBODY HELP US?!?!" To which i'm more or less screamin' at th'screen "YOU DUMB B*TCH!!! WHY DON'T YOU JUST RING A GORRAM DINNER BELL FOR TH'UNDEAD TRYIN' TO KILL US?!?!?!"....and at that point i pretty much rooted for her death from then on...

The countess of... bravil? or leyawiin? I can't recall which, the one who tortures argonians. And she was the daughter of the count/countess of Chorrol, and I had the blade of chorrol. Thank you Bethesda for letting me kill her with that blade.

Anders from dragon age 2, i hated him in DAO:A and his whining + b#tc#ing about the poor widdle mages ticked me off, and the fact he was the only mage that could do any healing/reviving meant i had to drag his whining ass through the entire game. >.> NOT HAPPY!

Moira Brown, the kids in little lamplight (but thanks to PC mods, they were dealt with), Every single character in FFXIII, Tidus and Yuna.

Those are the ones that have annoyed me the most and must burn in the fiery pits of pixel hell.

Moira Brown? Interesting choice. I didn't find her annoying, more so I felt sorry for her cos the fact she was a bit retarded. And I found her tone of the few NPCs that wasn't an arsehole, regardless of Karma level.

It wasn't so much her character more than her voice. It was a bit of a whiny patronising tone.

Yeah fair point you raise there. That's probably the (subconscious) reason why I blew up Megaton in my second play-through.

Mostly Mayor MacCready because he was basically the embodiment of annoying characters; helooked like a douchebag, had an annoying voice, shitty personality and one of the most unlikeable characters I've had the misfortune of meeting...and of course he's invincible.

Rather than an NPC, there's a player character I hate that much. VAAN. VAAN VAAN VAAN VAAN VAAN VAAN VAAN VAAN. Completely unnecessary, stupid, bishie kid who can't even put a shirt on. The awesomeness of Balthier and Fran can't save that game when the viewpoint character is so unnecessary he needs another character there just so he has someone to talk to in cutscenes.

Still, Vaan isn't my /only/ reason for not liking FFXII, no there are plenty of reasons for that.

Mayor McCready's an arsehole and an example why you shouldn't let impressionable kids watch 18 films. After the dialogue with him, I found that you couldn't kill children in Fallout, much to my dismay.

There is mod for the pc version that lets you kill kids makes attacking the republic place really fun.

Unfortunately I am a console owner. I haven't played on PC since playing Oblivion with mods, unfortunately my PC is ancient and decided to have spazz attack whenever I load up Oblivion after running a ton of mods on it. I haven't came back since.

I'd pay good money to buy a New Vegas DLC that consisted solely of him getting syndicated on the west coast. A good DJ makes for a good radio station, and he was a good DJ.

Sorry but I hated Three Dog; screaming into the microphone, howling and reading my mind are not nice and aren't things that a DJ should do. Not to mention how he constantly sucks the Brotherhood's dick and goes on about how great they are and how they fight the good fight and that...*bang*

I'm fine with Mr New Vegas; he's programmed as a calm and cool headed DJ. Also I don't get what everyone hates about the music in New Vegas, there were some great songs like Blue Moon, Jingle, Jangle, Jingle, Big Iron, Heartache by the Number, Ain't That a Kick in The Head? and Love Me as Though There was No Tomorrow.

Also, if you really can't stand him just listen to the other damn radio station, it has some good songs that aren't on Radio New Vegas such as Let's Ride into the Sunset Togather, Lone Star and It's a Sin.

Found someone else that I hate. Bonnie McFarlane from Red Dead Redemption. She doesn't shut up, thought she was funny and sounded like Jessie from Toy Story 2/3. I wanted to throw Jessie into a wood chipper I hated her that much and Bonnie McFarlane embodied her in every way.

There were only two npcs who have pissed me off. First being Dave (Fallout 3, in the Republic of Dave), he just AGGGGGUUUAUAAAUAAUAAARRAAAH*Major Roid Rage* *huff* *huff*, i did the wasteland a favor.

The second, for those of you who have play sonic adventure, you'll understand. Big the Cat. I just wanted to rip his spine out and beat him with it, shove his fishing pole up his arsehole, and serve him frog legs.
