Which country would you not expect to go under a full zombie attack?

my one would be Ireland. I live in the country side,and it's very quiet. So to wake up to find guns going off and zombies eating people,would be a bit unexpected.

Switzerland. They're dead neutral in everything, so it would be crazy to see one there.

It wouldn't last long, though, with their "military" being what it is. No offense intended at all, but isn't pretty much every adult male a reserve soldier who gets to keep their rifle and ammo at home? I know it's much deeper than that, but I think that's the gist of it.

I don't think I'd expect France to come under a full Zombie attack, their population density is quite low, if I remember correctly.
