Ok well since I can't pick that i would go for some Power Armor, preferably the one you get in the military base way up north, the T-51b I believe it is, or some Hellfire Armor, ether of them would be sweet!

Failing that, the Medic Power Armor would be a satisfactory substitute. It can ease your pain *and* it can provide some morale booster when you're in the middle of something fierce. Although it could get a bit annoying after a bit.

I think the entire city would have to be scheduled for demolition if you're using a MIRV.

Basically anything in the game. The Pip Boy would be awesome to have. I know that if they actually sold Nuka Cola, I would buy it no matter what it tastes like.
