Otherwise, maybe the Spartan-IIs of Halo. I understand that it would mean various painful augmentations that would potentially result in my death, and I'd be ripped from my family and friends to fight a war against rebels and later alien scum, but nevertheless... I would be so badass then

I don't know. There are lots of organizations from games, TV and movies that I like, but they all have some sort of flaw in either their makeup or character that pushes me away from them.

In reality, any organization that pushes to turn today society on it's head and remove the evil influences of the current situation we live in from history. That and getting laid. A lot.
