The Pentaverate! It's a secret society that runs everything in the world, including the newspapers. They meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado know as "The Meadows". Its members are the Queen, the Pope, the Gettys, the Rothschilds, and Colonel Sanders (before 'e went tits-up).

since I can't say COBRA or The Esoteric Order of Dagon *cough* I'm going to have to go with The Jedi Counsel. I would not like be a counselor though. I would be lucky to even be on Coruscant. I'd likely be in the outer rim, tricking children into kicking their death-stick addictions and slapping twi-leks on the nose every time I see them with Spice.

As far as I can tell they have nearly every amenity the world of the living possesses but all Shinigami or potentials have massively boosted strength, sword skill and spiritual senses. Sure some of your teachers are a bit blood-thirsty or arrogant. Sure you have to go kill Hollows so often that it becomes a routine job, but surprisingly few of them ever seem to get bored with it. Oh, and there's the occasional street fight with swords in the Seritei. Not too bad if you just stay out of it.
