imagine it, all the highways have these massive statues over them. you could sit in the palm of a colossus' hand and smoke a dub. What could be better?
Heh, you make it sound so romantic. I can't choose anything else now.
Wanna makeout?
Ohhh I'm a bit shy, why not be friends first :).

Silent Hill.

...what? Don't look at me like that.
I agree Silent Hill would be perfect. Once you get used to the zombies and other oddities it would be nice and quiet. No one to harass you.

hell yeah! i personaly would want to live in the Imperial City but I sure am glad to see a lover of the game.
No way! The Imperial City is too big, I personally always liked Anvil, nice houses right by the water, or maybe Chorrol, that one was always nice too.

Rivendell, in Lord of the Rings Online. I find the history and character of Tolkien's elves fascinating, and Rivendell is the center of lore in Middle Earth, both of the world in general and of the elves in particular. It's a place for scholarship as well as for the other satisfactions of life. It's also the most cosmopolitan of the elven enclaves.

well the only reason i would want to live there would be for the arena. also there are some preaty fun quests there, like the one ware if you sleep on the bloated float tavern on the water front you get a really fun quest immediately. i liked that one a lot.

Definitely Silvermoon City in WoW. Lovely architecture, self cleaning (yay brooms), a lovely forest to stroll in just outside the door, ethereal music piping everywhere, and gorgeous elven men to gawk at.

Failing that, Dalaran would be pretty cool... love the look of it, great shopping, and easy access to all the other major cities. :)
Agreed, Dalaran is the place to go.
those are both great cites but if I was to live in a place forever it would be gold shire. dark moon fair, beautiful forest, plenty of low lvl noobs to pwn, and a cool tavern to get drunk in every night with my buddies.

but if I could not live there I would want to live in either South Shore or Iron Forge.

Atlantis.
Before the whole city-underwater thing.
in what game is Atlantis in?
whoops, i guess it's not in a game, but it is fictional though. Or is it?
maybe it inst fictional. i mean i was watching the discovery channel a couple of night ago and it was about Atlantis. and from the shit that they found in the ocean it made me think the it was real.

Hence the ' Or is it?'
Though it's unlikely it ever existed.

I would love to live in Darnassus or Mournhold, and i suppose if real estate is to expensive i could live in Oakvale or Kuldahar instead.
