Which final boss character would like to be and why

Sagat from street fighter, He's a bad arse Thai boxer just like me but like all street fighter characters he defies the laws of phyics (being able to jump 15 feet into the air to with an upper cut, throwing energy balls ect) I would be able to dominate my way to Thai boxing champion, learn Brazilian Jui Jitsu and then take a crack at MMA, and be champion thanks to me being able to defy gravity.
Tough Question. I was gonna go with something Final Fantasy, but the FINAL bosses had a tendency to be the most useless things from 8 onward. And I don't wanna look like a loony or a boy band members, so Kefka and Sephiroth are out, respectively.
Rolento from the Final Fight/Street Fighter Alpha Games. He WAS the final boss in one of them, although I can't recall which. Grenades, blackjack, minions, army of loyal anarchist thugs? Sign me up, please.
If not Rolento, then I'd have to go with Shao Kahn. Shapeshifting sorceror who despite constantattacks never seems to consistently die? Groovy.
I'm surprised more people aren't talking about fighting games here. Those guys were usually pretty cool, and could also get the ladies (not a strong suit for platformer bosses, frankly).

Ganondorf, Because he never fucking dies. In twilight princess he never even fell over. At the end he just stood on the spot and died, as if he would spontaneously start slashing at you again any time.
Sarevok, as long as I could kill the protagonist. I'd get to be the son of the god of murder, be incredibly powerful, and start a war of sacrifice to elevate myself to godhood.
