Batman Arkham City. But first I need to play AA.
InFamous 2. Enjoyed 1, and the sequel seems to be great.
Duke Nukem Forever. I will own history!
I'm gonna wait a few weeks for Black Ops to see if it's what MW2 should have been, or just MW2.5

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Can't wait for it. Got it on pre-order, special codex edition. I will squee when it arrives. Unfortunately, I'm leaving to go to Paris the day after it gets here, and it's a school day... hrm, I might suddenly come down with a cold...

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword! I'm a little concerned about it (apparently) taking place before Ocarina of Time (gasp!), but I'm reasonably hopeful that Nintendo can pull it off well. I look forward to taking up my sword once more!

Oh, and the 3DS and its line-up look pretty awesome, too.

Edit: Oh, I forgot Portal 2! That one's a close second for me.
