Which game character you want as your bodyguard?

Let say some assassins have been trying to kill you for some reason (why they want to kill you is up to your imagination). Lucky for you however some unkown stranger (this stranger can be trusted) is helping you by allowing you to hire a game character of your choosing (no need to worry about paying them since this stranger will pay him/her to do it).

So which character do you want as your bodyguard?

Some guidelines
You can only have ONE game character and be aware that this chracter will be with you almost 24/7. When I mean 24/7 I mean he/she would be in the room right now so you may want to think about the height of the chosen characer.

Also no if you thinking about hiring a sexy character thinking he/she will "sleep" with you as in sharing your bed, it ain't happening.

Since I never specify you had to choose a good (as in a hero) character by all mean choose a evil character if you want.

One last thing, the personality of that character won't be alter just to be nicer to you but they will not kill you (but you may have to put up his/her trash talk).

In all seriousness? Gordon Freeman. He never talks and kills everything with his crowbar.

Well, if New Vegas is any indication, I'd take Boon. I mean all I do now is walk around the wasteland looting headless corpses ! And that is just his default hunting rifle, I'm a bit afraid to give him that .50cal I bought.
So yeah, he's awesome.

Sephiroth, I dont know all that much about him but I played Kingdom Hearts and je-sus that guy was like a demigod. I would have picked Alex Mercer but he tends to just break everything in sight.

Gabriel Logan, has the experience and skills to back said experience up, and unlike other characters he isn't facetious nor does he run his mouth, and his voice isn't gravelly or unbearable

also, has a taser, albiet one that seems to been worked on to the point that he can set people on fire with it, but the point still stands.

I check the searchbar (I type bodyguard) before hand and the only thread I found similar to this was "Fictional Character(s) As Your Bodyguard?"

A Dragon. Doesn't matter wich, as long as it can:
1. Breath fire
2. Fly
3. Change it's size so it can fly me around and sit on my shoulder
4. Be awesome
5. Be intelligent(sentient)
6. Talk
7. Be nearly indestructible
8. Look awesome.
9. Survive on a small amount of food

But there's probably no such gamecharacter,

I think it was quite a while ago anyway but there were varying versions. Still your right im just being picky it was quite a long time ago really.

I was thinking, and im going with Commander Shepard. Mostly because of the Combat Scanner to detect enemies, also unlimted ammo seems useful.

It'd be a one-shot bodyguard though. You should go with a creeper-spawner.

And then I would spend my time in a gibbering wreck on the floor. Multiple creeper guards.....*shivers*. But yes, you have a point.
