In terms of games that I wanna play but can't get, that would probably be Demon's Souls and Valkyria Chronicles, only because I don't have a PS3 and my current budget can't afford it, even now that it's only $299.
In terms of games I wish I could play but a suck at them, any kind of 3D or even 2D Fighting game or FPS multi-player. Though now that I think about it, most FPS games I'm not very good either, like Modern Warfare 2.

Team Fortress 2. Lack of a PC that is more advanced than a Potato clock and no support for the console versions at all makes me a sad kitten.
Valkyria Chronicles. It is the closest thing ever to a sequel of the best JRPG in the history of time, Skies of Arcadia, because it features the two main characters, but I opted for the 360, and don't have three hundred dollars to drop on a PS3
