My favorite is the 'Stil Alive' song played while the end credits roll of Portal.

The sort of thing that brings a tear to your eye.

I really think Company of Heroes has to be a contender here. The orchestral music really fits well, especially in the British Campaign. It's very atmospheric, whilst being kinda pompous and that. I dunno, it just fits the British army well.
