Hi all... Been thinking lately that it's ages since I wanted to play through a game more than once, games just don't seem to have the same replay value these days. I think there's no better testament to a great game than wanting to play it all the way through again.

So what games do you play through again and again?, and why?

For me, it has to be Bubble Bobble, I've completed that around 100 times on different formats, most recently on MAME last weekend. I see it as the perfect arcade game, it's accessible but challenging, and it has perfect co-op gameplay.

The game I've played through the most would probably be Oblivion. A close second would probably be the original KotOR.

KOTOR had the most actual playthroughs to the end but Morrowind dominates if its overall usage as I'm STILL playing that after the however many years I've had that wee beauty.

Max Payne 2 14-15 times+? Its just something about the arsenal of weapons at disposal and having slow motion effects that are player controlled with constant action that makes it fun. A bit poor in the grafical department, wish there would release a max payne 3, as they knew how to make a game simple and fun.

It having no vehicle sections is like one reason just to give it a shooter of the year award.

I actually have to say either MGS: Sons of Liberty or Snake Eater, and I've put well over 10 plays on each.

That's a lot to me, anyway.

Deus Ex. I've played through it nine times and am debating on whether or not I wanna start a tenth before summer's over.

Dead Rising. I played through that game more than half a dozen times. Easily my favorite game on the 360.

Banjo-Kazooie. I've gone through that at least 30 times. Ever since '98.

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

Love the art, the story. I can play that game forever and it never gets old.

It would have to be Gotcha Force since I replay the story 8 or 9 times. Now the reason I had play that game so many times was that for each story completion you unlock another version of the main character borg (the robot you start off with and other version were glass, silver, gold etc). Also replaying the game again also allows me to get hold of some of rarer borgs (kind of like Pokemon got to catch them all).

Hmmm... quite a few games on my replayed god only knows how many times:

Rome: Total War (does it need explaining?)
CoD: MW (one of the best straight up shooter campaigns ever written)
Deus Ex (unbeatable, story-wise)
KotOR (favourite RPG that I've played)
Napoleon: Total War (best battle graphics out of the TW series IMO)
ACII (*shrug* aside from the end, brilliant game, if often a bit too easy)
Portal (two hours or so of great fun)

Fallout New Vegas. I have played that game in every conceivable manner, pistol slinging charmer, brawling thickpot (with 1 intelligence!), sniping douche bag, sneaky rogue... I still prefer it to Fallout 3 in every way.
