Either that or shadow of the colossus.

For a soundtrack though SSX3 is hard to beat.

Kingdom Hearts has my favorite theme song. Final fantasy (especially last decade games) have some really iconic tunes. Half Life uses music sparingly but that is how you know when to KICK ASS! (Or whatever the headcrabs have in lieu of asses.) The Orange Box PS3 version SUCKS though, as dying and loading makes the music cut out.

I've got a lot of soundtracks from a single game of a franchise, but Sonic for Genesis & Aveyond are the only ones I have more than one of.

Total annihilation had a good sound track for it's day, though I am thoroughly impressed with halo soundtrack. It was one of the first gaming companies to stumble upon that people enjoyed game music just as heavily as the game itself and the more epic sounding it was - the better.
