The near end of Red Dead Redemption as John Marston pops out of the barn to confront those government boys. Kind of inevitable!
Spoiler alert at all?

Had to go into Unskippable for this one and my answer is Onimusha 3, you would never get through the first 5 minutes of the opening cut-scene

Grand Theft Auto or Bayonetta.

Bioshock, sticking very large hyodermic needles with bottles of bucklies attached to them will get you killed.
And imagine how dirty they are from lying around in stagnant water.

Mirror's Edge. You fall far too many times to not die.

Also, every FPS, especially those of the realistic variety.
I agree. Granted, when done properly, free-running looks pretty bad ass. When you fail to jump from rooftop A to rooftop B however, you don't do anything other than painting the sidewalk/street nasty shades of red, pink and, brown.

FPS re-creation is a no-brainer...especially if you they get a headshot in on you. On the plus-side there would be far less tea-bagging.

I think Burnout should be re-created for the purpose of shock films used by driving instructors and, High School Health classes

Pokemon. Now I'm going to run out in the woods and tame a bear by throwing tennisballs at it!

Portal. There is no way my body could endure that much momentum and high falls without ending with my feet on my spine.
Actually your character has these weird feet things on to cancel momentum from killing your charracter. Yay Valve and your ability to predict people.

I'll stick to games without weapons

Burnout-its just suicide
Harvest Moon-I'd starve
World of Goo-I'm just not that sticky
Marble Madness-never could quite stay where I should
