Basically the trilogy i completed started on a high note and went downhill from there...

Err... I'm missing quite a few out of trilogies now that I think of it... I'm done Halo 1 + 3, Monkey Island 2 + 3, Dino Crisis 1 + 2
Ones that I've done (I understand that trilogy is 3 but considering that most people have included others):

F.E.A.R. - (1, expansions and 2) - I don't know whether expansions count but meh...
Half Life - (1 + 2 + all expansions for both) - Ditto
DooM
Medal of Honour - (I refuse to say Honor!) - Probably done at least 3, there's been so many
Call of Duty - 1, 3 and 4... should probably pick up 2 seeing that it's supposed to be good)
Grand Theft Auto - All of them
Final Fantasy - I, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2 (sadly)
Rachet and Clank
Zelda
Sonic
Command and Conquer
