A ghost or Banshee would be nice.
A Scorpion from Halo would be brilliant.
But I think a Land Raider would be one of the best preferably Crusader pattern though a Redeemer pattern would be awesome.
A Crusader has loads of high powered machine guns while a redeemer has an anti-tank gun which fires what could be called lava and has two massive flamethrowers which can melt Space Marines.
I'm going with the Redeemer.

You can blow up all buildings but I can melt them and melt masses of people.
A Redeemer or a Crusader would be the best way to break up large riots.
A Terminus would be great against other tanks or aircraft.

I'm not afraid of your puny crusader or redeemer, as my main army is Eldar I'll just ram bright lances up your exhaust until you pop.

For actual utility, I would love one of those speeders from Jak 2. The little blue and yellow ones, which go very fast. It would make traffic a thing of the past.

For pure destruction, perhaps one of the helecopters from Half Life 2? I just think they look awesome.
