This guy, right here. I also like Godzilla, Peter Jackson's version of King Kong, and the Cloverfield monster.

Oh, and the Blob. The original movie was pretty campy, but in real life, a giant, living mass of goo that you can't so much as touch without it dissolving you and absorbing the nutrients would be terrifying. And for everything it absorbs, it gets bigger. Something like that could be pretty dangerous, and if not stopped, it could cover the world.

As a side note, Rob Zombie is remaking the Blob. This will be the second time the movie has been remade, and the Rob Zombie version will apparently be less about the Blob itself, and more about the wits and resourcefulness of the people who must find a way to stop the deadly, gelatinous mass. That could either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how it's done.
