which is a better side arm?

When using assault rifles and other guns that are well-rounded, I carry a stinger since I can already handle most situations. On my sniper I carry a machine pistol to help me out at close range.

i usually keep a close range weapon as a sidearm, unless i have a shotgun attached to my assault rifle. then i use a stinger

If you want firepower Akimbo G18s or AA12

Stinger, SPAS-12 or M9 akimbo. (Only use the M9 on a bling class for akimbo + extended mags) Stinger for taking out air support, and SPAS is the most reliable shotgun. It has a massive range, bigger than the M1014 at any rate.

I don't play modern warfare 2 so I can't comment on side arms for that. My side arm of choice for other games is some kind of revolver though. Usually something fairly powerfull.

ONT: I'd probably go with the USP, both in game and real life. It's got a good reputation.
Or maybe a Glock. The only thing they can't stand is lava, I'd count that as reliable.

In rarly use the sidearm in Mw2 but in the real world the M9A1 has bailed my ass out of fire like seven times.
