Dungeon Keeper 2... It's a game where you are actually encouraged to torture heroes, paladins and priests in your personal torture chamber with a succubus whipping them every couple of seconds,

Saints Row, Saints Row 2, All GTA games, why? Because you are the bad guy, all your doing is fighting other bad guys. Oh and you kill cops and civilians too.

In the GTA games you actually play as a non hero. You are no hero or a villain. You are something in between.

Except for when you're hunting down cops with a chainsaw, sounds pretty villain-like to me...

or blowing ships full of innocent people up and murdering old ladies..

Deus Ex had weird ambiguous endings which raised the question "are you truly the good guy?" (illuminati and daedalus ones)

umm, the one where you destroyed all technology and the internet wasn't great either..... All the endings were pretty ambiguous tbh
