Sub-zero. Simply because it would be fun to freeze friends solid and then watch their reactions as they unfroze.

Note: In RL, being frozen solid would kill you... and make you fracture into 1000's of pieces, so on second thoughts... still Sub-zero, because that would be the best self-defence tool ever!

When I saw the thread title, I instantly thought "Sub-Zero" there was no delay in my thinking, so that must be it.
