Which movie-maker is best?

I've heard that Window's Movie Maker is a bunch of poo, but I've never tried it out.

I guess, I'm just curious. I want to know so I can store it away in the infinite archives of my brain under the label "Future Reference," if you catch my drift...

For a point of reference, I want to do Yahtzee-esque things. Although, not for the same purpose, but the same cartoonish videos.
