I have never seen Blair Witch Project because I knew such an amateur film was going to be a disappointment. I've never seen Jerry Maguire (or any Tom Cruise film since Jerry Maguire), due to the increasing controversy with Scientology. Lately I have sworn against anything Twilight related after seeing what a crack-head the author is on TV and reading some excerpts that sound like they were written by a dime novel hack.

There's a lot of movies I just pass up initially but I'll watch them if they pop up. Some movies I just can't stand for one reason or another. What are some of yours and what's the reason?

ANYTHING with Ben Stiller. If he is in it, even for a second or even just in the titles, I will not watch it.

I just refuse to watch a lot of sports movies. As most of the time they just have sappy ending that I can see coming a mile away.

Any and all apocalypse movies that show really bad science: space shuttles using their engines just to maintain velocity in space (Ever heard of one Sir Newton, Hollywood?), where threats manifest as 'instantly-boils-water microwave doom-rays' from outer space, or the solution to the problem uses miraculous technology that is at least a few centuries ahead of current tech and yet no-one outside of one or two persons has even heard of before despite it being developed by humans.

Also, ice-ages do not happen in a few days, no matter what kind of super-storm you throw around. At least, not without killing anything larger than bacteria across the planet from the side-effects first. I'm looking at you, 'Day After Tomorrow!'.

So yeah, any film that is somehow about the world ending and fails basic physics forever.

Second, Jim Carrey. Just...no.

Titanic. I'm not wasting three hours of my life on something that messes up the history that badly.

The Patriot. I haven't forgiven Mel Gibson for Braveheart, so I certainly ain't willing to watch another bout of his inaccurate anti-British propoganda.

Anything with 50cent in it.

Most films, really. 90% of them are terrible. But especially Twilight.

I'll only watch something if I really think it's going to be good. And most films I've seen tend to be at least mostly enjoyable, as I seem to have a knack for judging whether something is going to be good or not.

I'm open to all films, no matter how bad or the subject matter. It helps me appreciate the films that are in fact, really damn good. Plus, as it's my goal in life to actually make movies myself, it shows me how a movie shouldn't be made.

Sometimes bad movies are good. Sure. But don't some movies just piss you off enough to make you not want to watch them? If not congratz! you win the internets.

You are my new hero. Will Farrel is not that funny. If anyone disagrees with me "BRING ON THE FLAME"

I have never refused to watch a film, I give everything a chance, a policy that has been most unrewarding for me.

Seriously?

I'd honestly advise you to consider changing your mind on this one, he's done some decent work since then - you can do a lot worse for yourself than watching Vanilla Sky and Collateral for a start.

I'm with Jonny49 on this one, I'll watch just about anything - I avoid horror movies though because I've become increasingly empathic and can't handle them like I used to.

Oh believe me, there are films that I've seen that have pissed me off to no end. Twilight is a perfect example. But then I can safely say that twilight sucks more balls than a vacuum cleaner on maximum and then explain why, for example, The Lost Boys, is a far better film. The good film wins, the shit film looses, everyone is happy.

Anything based off a book I've read before, because they cut out alot of the good details.
And the Twilight movies, for other reasons. Anything else I'll give a chance though.

I was really disappointed by that Elf movie he did but I loved Step Brothers. Ben Stiller is usually pretty lame.

Hey you know who else sucks and I usually refuse to watch. Anything with David Schwimmer.
