Which of your gaming characters has the highest body count?

Hi

Simple really, which character from what game has killed the most people when you've controlled them in single player? Could be a story character or somebody that you've created from scratch - slight note, it has to be people you've killed, not under your command, so no RTS (otherwise for me DEFCON has more kills than all my other games combined) or people killed you've killed in a cut scene (so setting of a bomb that wipes out a city wouldn't count if it wasn't game play.)

Personally I think its probably Shepard from Mass Effect 1/2/3. Plenty of combat in each game and the fact there's three games in the series gives him a large boost, as most other characters only have one game to kill people in.

"Serious" Sam Stone. No contest whatsoever. Those games just give you a bunch of guns and squishy things to use them on. And it's awesome.

Frank West, "Dead Rising"

I went after the achievement to kill the entire population of Willamette, Colorado.

Edit:

On second thought... my Commander Shepard did sorta kinda wipe out the Batarians... so... there's that...

Do you mean personal body count, or plot body count?

I probably have to go with your Shepard just because of the Trilogy aspect. Single game kill count, I gotta say Drake in Uncharted 2. I remember at the end when the boss asked me how many people have I killed today alone I actually felt kind of bad.

It's probably a tie between Alex Mercer from Prototype or my Agent from Crackdown.

Alex Mercer for me. In the end of the game I just butchered every living thing that made the mistake of being too close to me.

My Skyrim character. She enjoys killing people. She can't go anywhere without killing at least 15 people!

Frank West definitely, just going by the achievements. At least 100,000+ on Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, and 53,594 on Dead Rising. I think he wins by a landslide.

No MMOs? I think one of my old WoW characters would top that, with over like 10,000 kills at the very least. (I quit before Cata came out so my armory is no longer available to check)

Barring that, does horde mode count? Mass Effect 3 or Gears of War 3.

I'd say 'Playa' from the Saints Row trilogy.

There's not a day that goes by in his life where he doesn't end up mowing down countless blood-filled squishy people.

Probably my second character from when I played WoW. I played exclusively as a shadowpriest from Karazhan all the way to Trial of the Crusader. I've forgotten the name of the buff that triggers after a killing blow, but I've seen it enough times to know that I've probably killed millions of things. Scheduled slaughter was on at least 3 nights a week for around 4 years. That doesn't even take into account the normal instances, heroic farming and daily quests.

It's hard to say exactly who so take your pick from just about any Dynasty Warriors character I played for more than five minutes.

My Hunter in WoW is probably in the hundreds of thousands by this point.
I'm well over 250,000 kills in CoD4.
30k-40k on my Barbarian in Diablo 3.

Commander Christopher Shepard from the Mass Effect Trilogy. I've put so many hours into that game it's insane. Garrus thinks he has more kills but I doubt that.

Not counting mmorpg's (as then ragnarok online would win for me with thousands, tens of thousands of kills) I'd say either my character in GTA2 back in the day, or my prototype 1 character.

An unassuming chap by the name of Erga Uticus, supreme overlord of the Psilons, responsible for ordering the cleansing of trillions of alien wretches from the universe.

(Master of Orion 2, why invade when you can bombard and colonise with real people?)
