Which ONE game would you have finished right now?

Which game would you want to be finished and released right now? It can be any game, even ones that haven't yet been announced. Here's the catch: you can only pick one.
For the sake of argument, let's say that all of the intended time and effort were put into said game.

I would have Mass Effect 3 come out. I want to hear more brilliant storytelling and see more incredible character development. I want to see how well my character (who has been with me from the start) does.
