My first PSone was a the first model with a Modchip. I was fifteen and it was a present for Christmas. Why a chipped one? because I didn't worked and my Mom didn't wanted to give me an allowance to buy game when she didn't have to. She also paid for the chip.cartzo said:Search bar approved.
To all ps3 owners the feature of the playstation network that allows you to buy old psone classics has got a lot of praise since it came out (and a lot of bashing for not featuring certain final fantasy titles).
what i'm curious about is when you first bought the console what was the first psone game you logged straight on and bought, or logged straight on only to find to your disappointment that it wasn't featured on the network.
for me i logged straight on and was disappointed to find that the first two "oddworld" games weren't featured, but they have since been put on and i've bought them. i also bought "medieval" and "crash Bandicoot 3" almost straight after buying the console.
[EDIT] you know what, people with emulators should join in too.
[EDIT] extra question, which psone games should they feature that they don't already?
CB2, i loved that game when i was younger, my first psone was chipped to, my uncle copied the games for me.Akalistos said:My first PSone was a the first model with a Modchip. As for the first game, it was Crash Bandicoot 2. I also had a promo-cd with demos. There was one game where you would build you robot with part and then send it to a arena to destroy other robot. I can't recall the name but I played that bit over and over.
Fixed that for you. I have a psp and I got Syndicate Wars (woo!) Populous, G-Police, Future cop FF7 and Metal Gear Solid. They all play great once you re-jig the screen and control schemeviralshag said:Syndacate Wars.
It was THE shit lol.
Oh yeah....I can't see it working well on a big high def screen nowadays. I loved demolition derby. My parents stopped me playing it cos I was starting to think thats how real driving worked.viralshag said:Haha thanks :/
I did play mine through the PS3 and TV, it might have been better on the PSP but I don't have one.
I want to see a remake of Demolition Derby...
