Which type of games you like to play???

OT: I'll play anything really, as long as I enjoy it.
The games I find myself playing the most, however, are RPGs (been playing a lot of Fallout New Vegas lately), action games (inFamous, Darksiders etc), and singular titles in a specific genre, i.e., I wouldn't say I play a lot of fighting games, because the only one I'm playing at the moment is Ultimate vs Capcom 3 (I mean a lot).

Action adventure games usually, like The Transformers Cybertron games or Batman Arkham games.
Sometimes RPGS, but not hardcore stuff, simpler ones like Fallout, Mass Effect and Skyrim.
My favorite all time series are Pokemon and Metal Gear Solid. The former is addicting and fun and can be played forever, and the latter has an emotional, action packed, thought provoking story that leaves you going OMG with teary eyes.

OT: Mostly, the TW series (genre defining IMO), FPS's, openworld action-adventures & RPG's... s'bout it...
I'm into my RPGs, both Western, like Oblivion and Knights of the Old Republic, and Eastern, like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. Also really into my platformers, old and new alike - think Conker, Spyro, Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank. Action games and Fighting games are my other loves.
Never really got into strategy games, but I have been playing an awful lot of Medieval II: Total War lately, so maybe that'll be my gateway into the genre. Who knows.

FPS, TPS and openworld are my most played genres, besides from that i like everything that reminds me of the old 90 adventures like the TellTale Monkey Island and Sam&Max games. The last games i really liked/loved this year were Max Payne3, Dragons Dogma and Sleeping Dogs. Those three are also my personal GOTY 2012 so far.

Mostly JRPGsc and my new found love for Fighting games . Now i won't say that all Jrpgs are good , but i do prefer them over it's wrpg counterparts. I play rpgs mostly for story , and most Wrpgs fall in that department . Plus i kinda like turn based combat ,and the lack of humans/dwarves/elves that most wrpgs copy paste from game to game . I love the fantasty in jrpgs.
As for fighting games well . It scratches my competitive itch .

J/W-RPG, FPS and stealth games. Embarking on epic quests with magic or weapons, crush endless waves of soldiers or giggle like a kid when you take out 10 enemies and makes the 11th piss his pants before you strike. Those kind of games

I tend to default to RPGs, Puzzle, Action, Adventure, and certain Shooters. If the game has a clean look, has awesome music, interesting gaming mechanics, and/or an interesting story, I'm more likely to play it, regardless of the genre or series that it belongs to.
