I believe Mass Effect would make a great 3 part musical. The game itself is already (imo) one of the best storyline driven games of the decade and I think with the dramatic air that constantly lingers around Shep in the game that it would do well, so long as the Reapers get to sing something similar to "Jesus must die" from Jesus Christ Superstar.

Final Fantasy VI. Most games are too long to be rendered scene for scene including this one, but in more general presentation (in the style of an Opera House of course) it could work. As my mother described after recently seeing 'Wicked', Musicals are at their best when depicting each of the primary emotions in their songs. FFVI has lots of sadness and anger, plus the occasional hope spot.
