I can't actually think of any others at the moment, a Deus Ex anime might be interesting, but it'd more likely be terrible.

A few years back Sega made a terrible game called Gungrave that was turned into an awesome anime that actually started slow but hit it's stride in the middle as we were shown the beginnings of the key characters as human beings in a brutal world. I don't think games should ever be made into anime. The only relationship games and anime should have is when they've done been developed from a manga.
