If we were to go with The Riddler as the popular choice for the next villain, then a part of me would love to see him played by the actor that plays Sheldon from "The Big Bang Theory." I'm pretty sure people will either love this idea or send me death-threats.
I've had that thought before, and I think that would be awesome. Like, if she were some type of assassin whose specialty is an unidentifiable poison that she makes herself. That could be badass!Ciran said:Honestly, and I know I'm going to get chewed out for this probably, but I wouldn't mind seeing Poison Ivy, though not in the plant control super power kind of way. More someone who uses plant materials (different poisons and the like) to achieve her ends, though I would more want her as a minor character, not a major villain.
If NPH is who I think it is, then I'd be all for that... But someone mentioned Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory and he'd be great too...edthehyena said:I've heard rumors of NPH or David Tennant doing the riddler, which would be awesome.
I want to see Penguin or maybe the Riddler, though Riddler always tends to remind me of the Joker, which would be too soon.

A fan-made mockup of David Tennant as the Riddler. British, quirky, capable of emoting deeply, and very talented. He'd KILL as the riddler.PurpleSky said:What am I looking at here?

The Riddler isn't a comedian. He's not supposed to be funny. He's an intellectual with the singular goal of proving he's smarter than Batman. Picking a comedian is how we ended up with Jim effin' Carrey as the Riddler in a movie that was the cinematic equivalent of sharting yourself in front of your date.HaloHappy said:I'd like to see the Riddler return and they get a famous comedian or comedy actor to play him.
He's the previous Doctor Who (and as noted above, the riddler is about outsmarting batman. The doctor was about being smarter than everyone) - before Matt Smith. He was also the criminally insane nephew in Harry Potter Prizoner of Azkaban.PurpleSky said:I am intrigued.Searching for him right now.Matt_LRR said:A fan-made mockup of David Tennant as the Riddler.
