Mongolian, second only to the British in land controlled, but leading the count in humiliating defeats handed to opponents. When your rifle armed marines defeats a bunch of spear wielding natives, that is a forgone conclusion. When your light cavalry archers makes a mockery static defenses, pike formations, and dudes in plate armor, That is pure awesome.

Funny how people still consider that a joke, it's true and we all know it.
America is an imperial power. Ala every state it's assimilated since it was created.
And as a Historian I feel the need to point this out like an unlikable English prick :3

America does not have an imperial power. They didnt assimilate states so much as create new ones after the origional 13. And they were incorporated directly into Americas political system with full voting rights etc, not like the colonies of a proper imperial power.
It would be true to speak of Americas empire in terms of economics, but it has never been and i doubt it ever will be an imperial power.

And everyone knows the Bristish Empire was the best.
