Some of the people in this thread really dissapoint me. 'He deserved it.' 'Ain't gonna be doin that again is he LOLIAMHEARTLESS'.
I don't care if the kid was stealing, that is absolutely savage to watch. I've seen all the 'shock videos' the internet has to offer and none of them bother me, but when I see shit like this it makes my blood boil. I'm not a violent person, but if I saw that happening I'd lose it and just see red.
It's a damn kid being beaten by grown men who should know better. The first kick as a 'Get the fuck away from that and go home' I could have forgiven. But the fact that the men just stand around him kicking him and just watching him cry before stepping on his damn hand. It's sick.

I thought the point was to teach children, not maim them... Kid's tend to be idiots, especially at that age. However, maiming him doesn't teach him anything. At that age, he will probably only remember having his ass beat not why.
Hell, I'm for spanking and even the death penalty if they have the proof but this is basically perpetrating a huge crime to punish a petty crime where the criminal barely has an understanding of the law.

I'm not entirely sure why this child's race is being enthasized, you don't get special treatment for being from another country, you'll be treated like any other citizen and I'm pretty sure they'd have done this to a Chinese boy or a white boy regardless of their race.

Punishment did not match the crime. Hand chopping would have been more appropriate. They were merely reminding him how useful his hands are, and how nice they were to spare them. Even then, the kid didn't cry enough so he clearly hasn't learned his lesson.

GTC maybe, but if you read my post carefully, you'll notice i don't condemn the act of stealing. i advise against the act of getting caught stealing, and recommend that the only people who should steal should be those who won't get caught. what i'm saying is that you enter this kind of action knowing full well the repercussions of being caught, so you can't complain when you're punished if you do get caught. he only has himself to blame and should learn something from this experience.88chaz88 said:
