I'm going to a hallowe'en party on the thirtieth as an angel.

Not an awful, white dress, plastic-y wings, cheap halo headband getup though. One of my friends is really into cosplay, and knows someone who makes props for more complicated ones, and she managed to get me some wings he had made that were never collected. They're really fantastic, and I have a fancy light-up halo from Charlotte too, which she used a couple of years ago and hasn't used since.
Added to a white dress, the whole outfit looks pretty damned good, though I say so myself.

I was going to try for Han Solo :D If that doesn't work, then it'll probably be a standard Elder Scrolls Nord

No costume, because the town where I live it just isn't done (UK, BTW). I'd be the only guy in costume and 90% of the population will have no clue that you're supposed to dress up for Halloween.

I am dressing up as myself. That is to say, I will be wearing my combat fatigues.

Hm. If I were to participate in something that has never been done in my country, I'd probably go with something Demon Knight-esque. I've always really liked heavy black spiky armor.

I've never dressed up for Halloween, I think about the only gaming-related character I could pull off would be Ezio Auditore, but loads of people do Assassin's creed cosplays so I won't bother.

Lol Halloween. I have no idea why Americans care so much about it. I can't think of anywhere else in the world that actually cares.

If I had to be forced to dress up I'd just put on my lab coat and say that I'm a scientist. But I have no plans to do that thus far.

I would like to be Eeyore for halloween, but I am having a hard time finding one for an adult that I can buy and not rent. All I can find are eeyore costumes for babies or little kids.

Edit: In case someone does not know who eeyore is, he is a donkey from Winnie the Pooh, who talks like I do, in a monotone.

I have a very slutty Sailor Moon costume and wig ordered that I am expecting to arrive soon. Also, I am a man. If that makes anything any better. I usually dress a little strange. Last year I was a Christmas tree, the year before that a zombie-unicorn-vampire-werewolf, and a Christmas present before that. I guess I just like scaring children, but in a sexy way.

Yes, that makes it so much better.

OT: I'm having a halloween [arty at the new flat and because I found a pretty good prop-hatchet for £1, I'm designing my costume around that.

I'm thinking a killer or zombie lumberjack. Fun times.

Gonna wear all black and hide behind the bushes near my front door. Most of you have seen on TV/the internet or can guess what happens when people come up to the door :D
