There's this one guy known as "Forgettable." He's made some really neat videos over the years, a couple of school films and stuff. He does some animation and stuff as well, but I'd say his older ones are the best. Here's his page:

I dunno if he's still on there, but I was a fan of Prismweapon because he subbed the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds episodes.

Other japanese speakers I talked to said he didn't do a great job but I always found it understandable, rather than the douchebags who simply plugged the japanese subs into google translate and compared them verbatim, with no accounting for differing language structures.
