No really, who?

Everyone wants someone to think they're special, interesting or cool. So who are you trying to impress, a girl? Your parents? Your boss?

A girl I like. I think I already have done so considering she always wants to talk to me every day. Mission accomplished!

Impress? With a conscious effort? No-one specifically.
Currently trying to not disappoint my parents though.

Your mum. Okay fine, I guess I like my friends to think that I'm somewhat interesting/enciteful/amusing/sexy/considerate and so forth.

I'm starting an acting career, so I'm trying to impress a lot of people. So far I've impressed legendary acting teacher Terry Schreiber who wants me to replace Harry Potter in his Broadway show, and the actor who plays the Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, who got me a meeting with his manager next month, so that's a decent start, I guess.

My mother. She's told me she's proud of me for many things, but when I screw up, I feel as though all of those good things I've done no longer matter. I feel like I let her down much more than I probably do. Admittedly, I often think I'm a terrible daughter because of the pain I've caused her.

Mostly girls. I learned to play guitar for a girl and even started a band. Girls are a good source of creative drive.

Right now, nobody. I stopped caring about what people thought of me a long time ago. No reason to change now.

It's usually a girl. No specific girl right now but one will roll around soon, I'm sure
I think I'm always conscious of impressing someone with things like what I wear or my newest hair cut and even the music I play in my car when giving someone a lift
A big one is tattoos. I have a few and I've got a few more planned but I often think to myself 'what if my next girlfriend hates them' or even 'what if she won't go out with me because I have them'. I love tattoos so much and always look forward to the next one but if it makes finding my next woman harder then is it worth it? Is that paranoia? I donno...

Congrats, you have a right to brag :)

To answer the original question, I don't particularly believe I'm trying to impress people, but I purposely try not to disappoint people.

And I guess I suppose I would try to impress certain celebrities if I met them I suppose, but the likelihood of me meeting makes that unlikely :p

My father, my MMA coaches, and someone who owns a radio station in Canada. Specifically, someone who's looking to hire an announcer.

I want to think I'm cool. If I can achieve the respect of myself from myself, I shall need no other acceptance.

The Elder Gods.

Pfft... I dunno, prospective employers, my friends sometimes, everyone sometimes, nobody the rest of the time?

A girl, she thinks I'm funny and a good bloke to be around and I want to take it one step further.
