Who did you always catch in Pokemon?

something subconsciously motivated me to catch everyone of them. like a driving force to capture them all.

I always catch a Mankey in the beginning of the game, then I ditch it by the time I reach the 5th gym for someone more useful.

 

[Bloodstain]

Pikachu in Viridian Forest. Oh yeah, spending hours searching for it was fun.

 

[Tartarga]

I always get me a Dratini as soon as possible. This usually involve me spending all my fucking money at the game corner. I don't play the games there I just buy coins until I have enough.

 

[Midnight Crossroads]

Abra, Machop, and Vulpix. I would level up the abra to kadabra, the machop to machoke, then trade them both. Machamp is ridiculously overpowered. Vulpix I would level up for the moveset, then evolve it into a ninetails.

 

[Psiboom]

1)Grass Starter/Bellsprout
(The first bellsprout I ever saw in HG, was Shiny <3 And that same Victreebel kicked my friends level 93 Typholosion at level 47 with the help of my friends Gengar.. Well.. Sort of, his Gengar kinda fainted D; Effing burn)

2)Lapras/Misdreavus(>_> <_< Perish Song.. Don't judge me.)

Other than that, just about anything, as long as they aren't Psychic or Fighting, never was good with them, and I never will be.

Scyther, because he was always my favorite. Even though he wasn't really that great...

Larvitar, Dratini, and Bagon without exception in every game after G/S/C. Having all of their final forms on a team always made me feel infinitely powerful.
