I probably won't get it, last ES game I played was Marrowind.

ya know, that game where you could set the controller down, and set the character to run and you could go make yourself a grilled cheese and watch the entire Lord Of The Rings trilogy and still only be a quarter of the way through the map.

Not interested in the game or the dev or the publisher .... Previous titles from the same have been epic fails in my opinion. If it turns out to be good I'll buy it on sale in some package deal or whatever in a couple of years, if at all.

You really had to make a thread for this? Really? Just to tell us you didn't buy something because you don't like it? I didn't buy a mars bar today. Why? I don't like them.
What exactly is a Mars Bar? M&Ms are made by Mars and yet I can't find any of their bars here. I assumed they're either big in or, exclusive to the U.K. and would really like to try one...unless they're just a bar of chocolate and raisins in which case screw that.

As for Skyrim, I did not buy it tonight and won't be buying it today. I have it preordered but my girlfriend will be grabbing it for me...probably on Wednesday afternoon when she grabs my copy of Saint's Row 3. I'm out of state for a while so I'll have to wait until late next month to play my copy...
straight from wikipedia:

Chocolate bars sold as Mars vary in different regions of the world.[1] The American version was discontinued in 2002[2] and was replaced with the slightly different Snickers Almond.[2] The U.S. version of the Mars bar was relaunched in January 2010 and is initially being sold on an exclusive basis through Wal-Mart stores. The European version of the Mars bar is also sold in some United States grocery stores, usually being found in the imported or ethnic food sections. Regional European variations also exist, for example in Finland and other Nordic Countries, a standard Mars Bar weighs 47g.

So to get the US version go to Wal-Mart to get the British version find some UK food store near you and hope ( but you'll have to wade through the mountains of Cadbury's )

But Skyrim? bought it, but it is not set to arrive until after I graduate YAY SNAIL MAIL ( that way I can pass my class and play the game)

I didn't...not because it looks bad or anything (despite hating Oblivion) but simply because I'll probably fail uni if I get it now.

I didn't.

Although, I'm in the process of trying to get a rental copy as I do want to try the game, I'm just being cautious.

If I wind up liking the game, I'll buy the GOTY edition when it eventually comes out. Those DLC packs tend to cost way too much individually.

I haven't bought it yet because I didn't preorder it (not my style). I usually pick up games the week after or two weeks after release date to escape all the hype and SOLD OUT signs.

Plus, I don't really NEED the game immediately, I can't play it at school because my PS3 is not here.

That being said, I cannot wait to get my mits on a copy of The Elders Scrolls V: Skyrim

I didn't, and I don't really plan to, not until there are some decent mods out and it's a tad bit cheaper. Oblivion just turned me off almost completely from the series. But i'll probably pick it up eventually and laugh at how bad of npc's bethesda still makes :p

I did not. And won't, for quite some time, either. Much more interesting fare is offered on the table, and I shall fill my gullet with these, then I'll get around to Skyrim once the better tasting leftovers have been picked over, and I can just enjoy a small side dish.

I didn't. It doesn't look all that different from Oblivion to me. While I enjoyed that game (and Morrowind), there were several issues I had. I know two people who picked it up and I'll ask them what they think. I'm sure I'll eventually pick it up, but I'll wait till the Game of the Year edition comes out with all the DLC packaged in. Besides, I have a large backlog of games anyway, it'll give me time to get through those first.

Nah as I bought Dark Souls the other day and I'm happy with that really. I'm a little disappointed in how DS is turning into a bit of an underdog under the incredible amount of hype Skyrim is attracting.

Not a complaint, just an observation more than anything

I didn't... not a fan of TES...

But I must admit, Skyrim is looking much better than I expected. I'll probably pick it up at some point down the road.

I didn't, but that's more because of lack of money than interest.
I'm sure I'll get it as a christmas gift from my family.
