who do you game with?

I prefer to play with some of the good gamers out there, i'm not talking about people who does tons of headshots or always wins etc. I am talking about the good players who don't run around screaming, who don't grief but try and make a nice and fun experience.
Mostly it ends up with me and a couple of friends running around in some game though, just having fun. Friendly griefing.
I must say i get pissed when people don't do their best in a game like Left 4 Dead, when you play with some random people, i played for about an hour with quite a good group, one of them left and suddenly we were three good players, with one big flaw, the last guy was a noob.
Noob, as in, he was very hostile to us, even, when we tried to help him or give him advice he would scream in his mic that we were all dickheads, he would even try to get away from the group because he thought we were going in front of him. We used some tactics and the such, we didn't want to run around with a damn guy who just ran in front of us because he found some ammo, and he wanted to burn off as much as possible.

I usually play by myself and I don't have a gold membership on Xbox Live. It's sad. Sometimes i'll play Nazi Zombies on CoD:WaW with my father.
I sometimes try to game with friends, but I have this unfortunate tendancy to trounce everyone.
Two hours later, they still wanna play, I'm bored to tears.
So, a bit of violence ensues, and in no time at all I'm playing a single-player game on some brand new corpse-furniture.
