That's him, he's called McLovin.

I don't know, I've been told I look like a guy called Phil who went to my previous high school and ever since I was branded Dr Phil at the aforementioned high school.

Back in high school I was told I resembles Kevin Smith (I had a long black trench coat) A couple years before that I was told I Resembled Andre the Giant, (I had an afro)
