Who do you think is the most evil character in all the videogames u played?

Vukodlak of Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption. Using his fearsome psychic powers and horrible minions, he likes to violate (in various ways, mostly moral and such I imagine) virtuous young women, turn them into his servants, make them do evil things themselves, etc. etc. His previous servant, he pretty much abandoned, and the one he converts in the game, he toys with in every evil way imaginable for about eight hundred years... making her lure innocents into his cathedral of flesh to be tortured and defiled before being melded into the very walls of the place, possibly still alive in some sense.

He massacred a mining town, poisoned the water supply of a castle for everyone to slowly die within, treats his soldiers like crash-test dummies, insanely plots to kill his boss the Emperor, reaches to the power of a pure GOD and destroys half of THE ENTIRE WORLD because they refused to bow to him, and enslaved the other half into a World of Ruin.
And all with a cackling smile. He's the Joker of videogames in every sense of the word.

Well, the MC in Fallout 3 would have to be one of the most *possibly* evil characters ever made (Proof: Megaton) along with the Hero Of Oakvale from Fable (IE kill everything in the game). Another would be Revan (Darth Revan, who killed the man who loved her *Garth* and conquered the universe).
But other than MCs, I'd have to say that few villains really strike me as worthy foes, they seldom are evil enough to compare to me.
