Jack Of Blades in Fable the lost chapters he's the meaning of evil!
First he attacks the heroes village, kills the heroes father, captures the heroes mother and throws the heroes sister in the woods for bandits and later on he Kills the heroes mother and (after that he died) later on he becomes a frickin' Dragon and is stuck inside your head...

The scariest villain of any game I have played... was me. I played The Sims 2, God wasn't there. I took the ladders away from the pool, I took away the fire alarms and deleted the doors as my Sims screamed... I could have done something, I could have reloaded my save file or teleported them to Goddamned AUSTRALIA, but I just sat there and didn't do anything. I spent my life playing J-RPGs instead to atone for my sins against Sims. Not that sending wave after wave of soldiers in Advanced Wars: Dual Strike to their deaths is any better when I play turn based strategy games...

Nemesis from RE3. I can't tell you how many times I died because of that bastard. I wish they would bring him back into the next resident evil game so that I can get my revenge on him. The only reason he killed me so much was because when I ran the camera would always change and I would run into a wall, then he would catch me. With the new RE control scheme, I bet I could whoop his ass.
