I would love for J K Rowling to read me the Harry Potter books. I imagine the way she reads it is different from the way I read it.

If we're talking just from videogames, Solid Snake.

If we're talking in the whole world? Vincent Van Price... but since he's dead, I'll say Tim Curry.

Just cause he'd start reading it, then go rant about it on Ustream...

Alan Rickman can read to me anytime, rawr... Ahem, sorry, is my obsession showing?

Also currently listening to The Dresden Files on audio book, so I've got James Marsters reading me bedtime stories. I heart James Marsters :3

Hm well either Steven Merchent, Stephen Fry, Morgan Freeman, Adam west, Patrick Stewart or Sean Connery and just about anything...Or I'd like them all and they can read the bible and each one says a different word.

David Lynch is like a modern wiseman. Yeah, he's a slow talker, but he makes every word feel warm and fuzzy and special.

Failing that, Johnny Depp as Raoul Duke has the voice of a lost, brave man.

EDIT: Sorry I just realised I referred to Twilight as a "novel". I meant a loose collection of words arranged to describe the author's daydreams.
Lets just call it a _______

As for the question: Juan-Luc Picard, Magneto or Dr.Phibes (Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, and Vincent Price respectively)

Stephen Fry already has that position, audio books!<3

Though I would love if Morgan Freeman could save some time, to sit by my bed and read to me.

:)

Well, Tim Curry or Stephen Fry work for me. Or Simon Pegg. He could turn this into loads of fun.
As for women: Zoe Wannamaker or Linda Hunt are my preferred choice.

And I just realized that I've listed half of 'Fable 3''s voice actors.

Whoever the hell voices Wheatley in Portal 2
That's Stephen Merchant. He's a well known comedian/actor in the UK and one of the two guys who wrote the original 'The Office'.
