I'm super psyched to see this game I am only a little concerned about the hints and you know, the way they're trying to help guide you through the missions as such - from what I've read - but I really do think that this game will tick all of my happiness boxes

Wait, they did? Sorta like what Heavy Rain did then? Hopefully it will be done in a way that doesn't give away the whole experience but still... that's a little disappointing to hear

It was something I had read in Games TM and on a few other threads and news topics about it. I mean, I'm hoping perhaps its not that obvious - I can't find the article now and I think I chucked the magazine in the recycling bin after finishing it, but there is some sort of 'help' option and I'm not sure whether it can be turned on or off!

I keep wondering whether it will be the same kind of thing as Phoenix Wright, and I hope there will be a demo. Right now I only have a PC, so I'm actually thinking LA Noire might be one of my first 360 games if I do get one.

right now, it just looks a lot like mafia ii crossed with phoenix wright. i'm only partially fond of both games, so i'm not gonna immediately assume this game is the shit until everyone else starts declaring it the shit after it comes out.

Let's say cautiously optmistic. The thing is, it's such a cool, and rather unexplored, premise, that they could all to easily fuck it up.
Besides that, I haven't had much time to be excited about Noire. First I was excited about Portal 2, then it got pushed back, then I was excited about Cry2, then was excited about Portal 2, then I was excited about M&B. Maybe now that I've got a bit of a breather I'll look into this a bit more, though I really don't have much money right now.
I am definitely not a fan of the fact that no matter where I get it from, I can't play all the missions... Hopefully that's released as DLC or something after release...
