Who else should be a guest character in the new Mortal Kombat?

So you're saying Ryu Hayabusa, from a game series with buckets of blood everywhere AND is a ninja (and let's face it, the ninjas are some of the most popular characters in the MK franchise), is a bad choice for a Mortal Kombat?

Why do you think the only other character I could come up with was Alex Mercer? Its hard to find someone that is dark enough to fit into MK universe

Possibly War, from Darksiders?

I can think of lots of FPS characters, but one possibility that makes sense for having a wide array of moves is Prophet, Psycho or Nomad from the Crysis series.
In terms of having someone dark, possibly Predator? He's initially a movie character, but has been in plenty of video games by now.
Also, if they're feeling generous to indies, that character from Dishwasher.
